The American manufacturer Eventide announces its H9000, a new effects rack with 16-DSP, multichannel and ready for networking. H9000 multiplies the process capacities of its predecessor H8000 by eight, thus continuing with the evolution of the professional products of the American brand.
H9000 includes 4 ARM quad core processors for 16 DSP engines, eight analog input and output channels, AES / EBU, ADAT, 16 USB channels and options to add MADI, Dante, Ravenna or others.
Its remote application, available for OSX and Windows as a plugin, has been developed for the integration of supporters to work ITB or through audio network.
Eventide will show the H9000 along with other of its products in the Booth # 321 of the AES of New York, the next 18, 19 and 20 October.
H9000 is available in limited units and officially available as of March 2018. It comes in two: the standard, with full control from the front of the rack, at a recommended price of $6999, and the H9000R, without physical controls, which will be available for $4999.
