(Barcelona, 1981). He has been involved with music since 1995, firstly as dj, and later as artist, sound designer, producer, mixing & mastering engineer. Since 2005 he signs his artistic works under the moniker Asférico.
In January of 2006, he founded Störung, a platform focused on electronic and experimental music and visual arts.
He is in charge of this project whose aim, in short, is to promote and support a variety of creative tendencies of the electronic music field, providing live performances, radio programs, and releases, to enable the audience to hear and enjoy these musical and artistic tendencies.
In 2010, after the experience and knowledge gathered through the years, he launched Störung Studios, which he manages as chief engineer with more that 100 projects of different natures upon his shoulders, not only of electronic music. Störung Studios follows the discipline devised by Gámez in which all the music and sound are processed with the greatest care and precision to bring them to high quality levels, without forgetting the goals and deadlines requested by the customer.
His commitment to achieving the perfect sound in each production leads to constant evolution and training with historical engineers such as Al Schmitt (Henry Mancini, Frank Sinatra, Neil Young, Ray Charles, Bob Dylan, Diana Krall, Norah Jones, Chick Corea, Paul McCartney…) or George Massenburg (Herbie Hancock, Earth, Wind & Fire, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Toto, Weather Report…), without neglecting additional training with reputable engineers from the new generations.
