The German manufacturer of instruments and electronic tools Vermona presents a new module for Eurorack format: RandomRHYTHM.
It is an unconventional sequencer with a lot of randomness. Thus, this module does not allow to program sequences by steps or use tap tempo, but works with four sliders with LEDS corresponding to 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/3 that configure the probability values of the figures rhythms that appear in the two rhythmic sections of the module. Each rhythm section has two operating possibilities: Real Time, which continuously generates new random values for each note, or Dice mode, which generates values to complete the Bars 3/4 or 4/4. In addition each slider has an independent output that can be used with or without the randomized values so that it can generate multiple clock signals. It also supports external clock signals.
Vermona randomRHYTHM (randomized trigger sequencer / clock divider) is available for Eurorack format with a recommended price in Europe of €299.
